No, this is impossible even in theory. Your motherboard has LGA1150 socket while i5-8400 is LGA1151-v2.

Currently u have to buy z370 boards, we have no h or b atm.

A good z370 is the msi pro or asus prime.
You also need ddr4 ram, since your current cpu is a 4th gen i3.

But it will be better to wait a bit. Intel should release cheap chipsets for this CPU soon. H310/B360. I guess, in a month you will be able to buy them.

You do have options to significantly bump up the cpu ^ to the i7 4790k or one of the 4 core/8 thread Xeons being a reasonably cheap upgrade vs new cpu+mobo+16GB DDR4.
