Can’t Enter BIOS
I’m trying to overclock my computer, but for some reason my BIOS won’t come up. I recently bought the HP Pavilion Power Gaming Desktop 580-023w, and I’m trying to get more frames out of my computer. I have tried restarting and hitting the “delete key” multiple times, but nothing will show.

you never did it before but you wanna talk about it?
btw you can brick your hw with oc too.....
Never flashed a card before because I had no reason to.

As long as you don't touch the voltage (Which I recommend against for people who are new to OCing) you can not brick the card.
ROFL..boring..
So you thinking you can raise them only with this settings? Risky..be happy that you not damaged your hw...btw there are multiple ways for oc not just the multiplier

I have the same issue with the same hp desktop computer (HP Pavilion Power 580-023w), I can't enter the bios. I tried everything I can think of "reboot then esc, f10, f8, f????" nothing works. I even tried using the win10 options to enter the bios and it just reboots the computer no bios options nothing just the normal boot. fyi, the computer works great and i'm not trying to overclock anything. Also i don't see an HP splash screen when I boot the computer. I tried asking the HP subreddit but got no response. If anyone has any insight on this I would appreciate it. Thanks!

always depends on the hardware you use. HP use very cheap motherboards that have an access to bios locked.

sounds like tap esc at boot up to get up a menu.. then from the list press f10 for bios menu

Sometimes, if you take out a ram chip or put one in the machine will enter bios by default to allow user confirmation of hardware change. not sure if thats something they still do.

thanks for the replies, i've tried repeat pressing esc on boot but nothing happens different (I've actually tried that a few times), just boots normal. Also I surprisingly was able to upgrade the computer from 8GB of ram to 16GB with just replacing the chips, no setting changes. ugh, luckily the ram upgrade worked without bios access.
