any freesync or gsync monitors with a glossy screen?

What is the advantage of othe glossy screen? I am looking at Gsyncs aswell.

i already have a matte ips freesync monitor. i would pay a premium for glossy, but can't find one.

They don't make glossy IPS panels with gsync I'm afraid. As far as I'm aware Acer XB270HU have a semi glossy coating

that's unfortunate. it seems like at least one company would be making one for gamers considering glossy screens are so prevalent on phones and high end laptops.

We're only talking about the outer polarizing layer that reacts with light. It isn't exactly a game changer, as both matte and glossy have downsides. This is why semi-glossy came to be.

Sharper? Not exactly. More of a percieved sharper image, due to how light gets diffused on a matte surface.

For me, I like to let the sun shine in at times, and that is about impossible with a glossy screen lol

As far as them existing, I don't believe anyone makes any IPS panels with gsync that are glossy.

You would be correct, but it is a AHVA panel. Similar to IPS.
