Which 2080 SUPER Model should I buy?
They are all priced very alike, I just want to know which has most fps out of the box or better features.

- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Super Gaming OC 8GB Graphics Card

- Asus Dual GeForce RTX 2080 Super Evo OC Edition 8GB Graphics Card

- MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Super Ventus OC 8GB Graphics Card

Honestly... I would just save up more and get the 2080ti. The 2080 "super" is nothing more than an overclocked 1080ti.
Yup pay 300-500 dollars more for 10-15 more fps in certain games. Makes sense.

2080 Ti can properly do 4K max with 60+, while the 1080 Ti struggled with it often.
You'll often see a 20~30 FPS difference at 4K ultra~max between the 2080 Ti and 1080 Ti, while the 1080 Ti drops below 60 quite frequently. Literally the only reason it costs more is because of the raytracing hardware.

Care to tell me how exactly the 2080 Super is an overclocked 1080ti?

Does anyone know which one of them has the highest base clock? I tried searching it up but I couldn't find it.
It doesn't matter. All of the gpus in that model are all technically capable of the max clock range, again there is a limit set in place.

100mhz won't make any difference in performance
You are right about technical they are the same but 100mhz is a difference and its not only 100. Its up to 200mhz difference. Silicon lottery, cooling and power limit is important. Stable 2200 MHz are no problem on rtx cards under water.
Well I meant with air cooled gpus, as these are the most puchased ones among the majority of consumers. Most would be luck to be able to have the gpu remain stable at all times even with a 50-100mhz increase on core or memory. But with newer cards like Pascal and Turing series, they can auto boost higher the lower you can keep the thermals down. And many of the xx70 and higher cards offer a decent power boost % you can set which also can OC the card without the user tinkering manually with Core and Memory clocks.
Go for Gigabyte one, Asus one might also be solid but ventus oc is horrible.
Yeah at that price range I would not go for Ventus or Dual, those things are fine with cards like GTX 1660 or 1660 Ti, not with something like RTX 2080 Super. Gigabyte at least has proper cooler on it.
No one! They are all not strong enough for max settings 1440p with max ray tracing. Wait until 3080 and 3080 ti releases https://wccftech.com/nvidia-ampere-rumors-massive-rt-performance-uplift-higher-clocks-more-vram-lower-tdps-vs-turing/

''Rumours''
Mhmmm, remember the last 'big' rumour? ''5ghz Zen2''?
My advice to you, and anyone that reads this post, honestly don't even listen to them.
I'd assume Gigabyte would have the best performance, MSI would be the quietest, the best aesthetically would be subjective, and size might be irrelevant.
Why don't you read proper reviews?
my 2070 gets max refresh rate on ultra on every game 144fps so far.
