On a serious note.
Test with another monitor or gfx card and see if its solves the issue, (depending on what you use) if the problem presist, you have your culprit, but as the others says, if not cable, then most likely its a faulty gfx card
is it possible to return my GPU for something like this?
Which gpu and monitor brand+model
never happens before the OS is loaded. only when its under high stress for a few hours
hit printsc key, open paint or another image app and paste
if its not on a screenshot, its most likely a cable or monitor issue
