As long as you use 8GB RAM minimum and Win7 SP1 64bit / 8.1 / 10; you'll be fine.
No you might not crank up all Graphics to Ultra and maintain solid 60 FPS @ 1080p; but its VERY doable and it will look and run very good still.

I played that on an FX-6300 + 8GB RAM + GTX 780 3GB no problems.

You will want a Sony DS4, Xbox360/One, or Steam Controller though. Much more fun and responsive driving that way.

Well i played it on high and still getting 30-55 fps, but get a lot of drops.

Are you using Win10 ?

High as in the Preset?
You may need to fine tune some of various graphics settings a bit.

Win10 is very buggy and you must fine tune the heck out of it.
Plus you must update all your Drivers and configure those as well, such as NVIDIA Control Panel. If you are on NVIDIA Driver 397.xx, NVIDIA themselves basically have said stop using that version and use the newer 398.xx version that just released.

> Dont run Steam Client in OS Startup.
> Make Steam desktop shortcut and launch that via the actual Run-As-Admin option every time.
> Go to file properties for EXE files such as Steam (for all the EXE Steam files in \Steam and \Steam\Bin) and check the box for "Disable Full Screen Optimization"
> Have any AV, even MS-Defender? Set your root game client folder(s) into that Exception listing.

NFS Games often load up in Windowed or Borderless by default; after the game loads into its main menu screen, try pressing ALT+Enter to switch the game to Full-Screen; or double check the game settings.
