Motherboard: (first choice) b360 msi pro vdh
CPU: I5 8400
RAM: 2X4 GB DDR4 2666 mph
GPU: gtx 1060 6gb
PSU: 500 watts white evga
Storage: 2tb seagate barracuda
Case : ( first choice ) phanteks p400
Idk which motherboard should I pick and if it’s the b360, which type? I also need help to pick a beautiful cooled case. Also, do I need to buy fans for the case or the included one will be enough ?
Thanks
All fans you need will be included with the case.
It should say what they come with and while the fans that cases come with tend to be on the low end usually if you don't plan on overclocking or mind extra noise you will be fine with what they come with as long as it has one intake and one exhaust in most cases.
Don't skimp on PSU and buy this:

Also, you might want to get a better PSU. Avoid anything which is 80+ White. "White" isn't even and official 80+ certification, it's marketing to make it look better then it actually is. These generic EVGA 500W PSUs also have terrible reviews.
For slightly more you can buy a Corsair CX 550m which is modulair.
Thanks ! However, I’ll go with the gigabyte, because in Canada, the msi is 160 and the gygabite 89. And btw, is there a difference beetween B360M DS3H and D3H. Do I need to switch cases ?
You don't have to change the case. This case would even fit the largest ATX motherboards. The D3H is a rather small board.
Ok so what you’re saying is that my system will work in the hs3d and the h3d would just be better but wouldn’t be more useful to me ? Also, will the ram (2666mhz) work in that board?
But the board costs only slightly more, and it's bigger/ looks cooler. You have a case with a window so you could take the looks in to consideration. And having a heatsink on the VRMs is just a nice to have.
And yes. 2666Mhz is recommended. It's the fastest RAM this board will take.
