I assume you're talking about Jurassic World Evolution. The minimum requirements are an i5 2300/FX 4300 and GTX 660 2GB/Radeon 7850 2GB. You can run a game below its minimum requirements but it's not going to run smoothly and you could encounter annoying problems as well. Just lower all your video settings and hope for the best if it is a case your GPU is low end.
Not unless it has decent dedicated NVIDIA Graphics
Now if you had a slightly newer Laptop w/ Intel 630 series of graphics; that might pull it off ok; as even this is good enough for GTAV @ 720p or even 1080p on a mix of low/medium
15GB free space? Hmm yea clean up the drive; remove things u don't need; wipe the restore points and make a new one; run CCleaner and Disk Cleanup and wipe everything except maybe Browser based History and Cookies.
If you never wiped the Laptop clean; that is basically what to do as soon as you buy one; this gets rid of all the OEM useless junk and their ridiculous multiple partitions they have in-place on it. Then clean install the very latest Windows 10 64bit; then all your Drivers.
