unplug all drives except the ssd with clean install of windows.
how long does it take to boot?
Best tipp still ignored....why not just try boot another OS and compare if it happens too...but i think the system is just misconfigured and full of crap etc
No you didn't because a fresh install of Windows doesn't take up 190 GB, as shown in your screenshot.
Then boot into your OS and see. Then give us more feedback once you have.
Also, there is a bug in Win10 1803 clean install; when installing to an SSD, the SuperFetch Service does not get disabled like it should, this will slow down SSDs. That service is designed for caching purposes when the OS is installed to a mechanical HDD.
Also many folks seem to still not understand you must, you yourself, go and manually install ALL Drivers; Chipset especially... otherwise your OS will always just had a generic poor-performance SATA driver.
