and what SSD? There huge difference between SSD's. Beside that with no SSD it should take 3 minutes to boot. First at all there SATA II, SATA III and NVMe/PCI-e 3.0 x4 SSD's.
Also Samsung SSD's and a few other modells come with their own drivers that speed the SSD up.
Next to it to unlock the true speed of a SSD the system not only needs to be installed on the SSD but the SSD must be formatted the right way. You need to switch the BIOS from Legacy Mode in Bios to UEFI Mode. That way PArtition style will be GPT when installign Windows on it instead of MBR. With MBR my boot times lie ~ 19.7 sec while with GPT I drop down to 3.6 sec.

Also to fasten Boot times your PC is able to fast boot. You need to select that option in BIOS. That way all hardware is intialized simultaniosly instead of after each other which means you'll much faster.

Last but not least disable all programs during boot that doesnt need to be active right away. Go to Taskmanage (CTRL + Alt + Del) and take the card: Autostart. There can disable all non essiantial Programs (just dont touch Intel, AMD or Microsoft stuff).

Turn off fast boot. Turn off fast startup[imgur.com].

Have you used Disk Cleanup to remove old system files?

The patches for Spectre and Meltdown only affect processes which make use of speculative execution. Windows and your games are not programs which use that feature.

Have you tried playing around with the BIOS and removing any unnecessary devices as suggested? Unnecessary devices include any extra storage drives, Wifi cards, USB hubs, Headphones etc.. Anything the PC does not need to get in to Windows.
i tryed unpluging all usb devices
Just try a different OS and see if the same issues apply.
You are free to download legit official ISO from MS directly for OS' such as Win7 SP1 or 8.1
Just that with those OS, without a legit product key you will end up with a 14-day Trial is all.

physically disconnect all other drives besides ssd.
Also disconnect USB hubs, card readers, and external disk docks if you have any, for similar reasons (i.e. the firmware wants to enumerate them for boot media).
YES REMOVE ALL USB DRIVES THEY REALLY HURT BOOT TIME

It shouldn't; Fast Boot in UEFI BIOS skips all in-depth detection of peripherals.
i might just deal with it as it could be worse like i see some people get 20 minutes now i would deffintily hate that
