Try Open Hardware Monitor instead.
Use MSI-AB + RivaTuner + OpenHardwareMonitor.
Setup all of them to Start With Windows + Start Auto Minimized / Minimized When Closed
I am using hwmonitor but it does not display. However, GPU TWEAK II displays the temp. Currently I am restarting my pc
Just restarted and installed updates for Windows OS. Everything is being displayed now.
Especially from an app like HWMonitor, which is useless to users because it has no options, doesn't allow "Start with OS" can't run all the time for the user, doesn't run in the taskbar/notification system; yes it is useless.
GPU Temp and CPU Temp should just be displayed at all times via MSI Afterburner, very simple. MSI-AB does have a ton of options, so if you are un-sure how to make those easily display on your OS at all times, just ask.
Sometimes it can be the App you're using, or perhaps the combination of hardware.
I have some Motherboard around here where when I use certain GPUs in the mix of those boards, apps like CPU-Z for example fail to see the GPU at all, even in a Validation. Some told me it was because of the Motherboard. No it's simply an odd scenario of "this motherboard doesn't get along somehow with this model or variant of GPU" ~ Yes it happens. Just like some RAM failed to fully show in their Slots under CPU-Z in some Motherboards. Its not always the Motherboards fault, but just an odd issue where THIS Motherboard and THIS RAM, doesn't get along. Now does that mean their will be stability issues overall due to any of this, no. Not really a way to use that example as to then say with 100% accuracy that there will be issues because of that.
For example the Motherboards where I've had the GPU issues; have no odd issues when Gaming all day, or run in 24-48 loops of Benchmarks and such.
