DS4 not charging anymore just after paired with steam

Hello, last week i bought a brand new DS4 from amazon and used for a while with steam. When the battery was low i tried to charge it, but only one orange pulse, not continued pulsing. I kept it charging some hours thinking it was charging but nothing happened. so i changed for free for a new one with amazon (the 1 week old one was broken). It arrived yesterday. i putted charging and evrything was fine. I was happy. So i opened steam, enebled PS4 controller config and changed the default desktop config from blank to the standard one emulating mouse. Don't know if it matter, but they are the only things i made before disconnecting my DS4 and putting charging, for just discover it don't charge anymore. 1 day old. Is Steam using some drivers or something like this messing up DS4 and how can i solve. TY for helping me

if you think pairing a device with steam causes problems, then unpair and then charge

I don't know exactly how to. What i tried is to manually remove the device from windows 10 ,and try to un-register the controller from steam, but this don't seems work

A different cable when charging
A different USB port
Reset the DS4 (small hole on controler) and dont repair it. Then try charging it. Does it charge now?

tried 66 combination of USB ports, cables and USB wall adapters. i don't know the reset button works. i press it for 10 seconds and nothing change. i mean. i tried charging it just after pressed it, but then it still paired with my pc, so how can i know it is factory resetted. it doesnt seams factory resetted to me. but again. i tried connecting to the wall just after "resetting" it. but i don't need to re pair it after "reset" am i wrongly resetting it?

Turn pc bluetooth off.
Put a pin or something down the hole for the ds4 reset button and hold for ten seconds. Dont touch the ps button.
Try charging it using a phones charger plugged into a power socket not you pc.

just did. dont work.wanna me to enable buethoot and press ps button to know if it was resetted? because i think it's not resetted at all

So the DS4 is prevented to be charged when the batteri is over 70% charged. Now the problem is steam wrongly alert me the controller need to be charged. I need to manually remove it from windows device, re pair it and remember to turn it on before running steam. If I accidentally turn it on with steam already running the bug appare and I need to re pair it again. Is there some way to report this bug to steam?
