GTX 1080 Ti and most other modern high end graphics cards only have one HDMI, they usually have three DisplayPorts though for modern monitors.
If you need to plug in more then one HDMI monitor then you can use DisplayPort to HDMI cable or get monitors with DisplayPort.
HDMI is obsolete. You've got a multi-thousand dollar PC, what's another 150 quid for a new monitor? It's not ideal but it'd solve the problem
You should have 4x dp ports total, 1x motherboard and 3x on gpu card. Plug all displays into the gpu card, not the motthaerboard. Then power on the PC and do all windows updates and update to latest Nvidia gtx drivers. Gaming PC was meant to use DP nothing else
To bad the 1180 will likely take the crown once released then again it depends on how important it is to get access now. It's not available yet =P
