Coilwhine it shouldnt be. If a PSU coilwhines when running youtube there must be something completly wrong.
does the sound come from the speakers while stuttering? Then this either can be a wrong sound driver or also and unstable PC like when having an unstable OC.
I had this issue recently alot because MS liked to install the newest drivers for a ZxR but I have the ZxRi which has slightly different drivers as it is the motherboard integrated version.
coilwhine is never the GPU as it doesnt have the coils. it is always the PSU which sometimes is a bad fit with a certain GPU but in the end its the PSU that coilwhines
Bro.....GPU's do have coils. Newer designed ones and better than older ones but they do have them and GPU coil whine is real.
Only one occasion I ahd a coildwhine not depending on the GPU by rendering a cutscene (was not prerendered) at ~3000fps which you never will happen in normal usage and would never want in the first place and fix with V-Sync.
I have a side mount gpu. I wasnt getting enought power in the pci riser. Pluged gpu straight into mobo and fixed. I need to purchase a pci riser with a direct power source to it
