Theres no point in defragging ANY Drive Once a week, every month or 2 sure, but every week wont do any good. Defrags should really only be done after for example you install a decent sized game, after everything is defragged it wont have to be again for a while.
Secondly
Keep in mind that it only has a small SSD cache, the cache itself ONLY caches frequently used files, so defragging will have no effect on it.
superfetch/prefetch should be left on, it isnt an SSD its a HDD.
Pagefile should also be left on, especially since you only have 8GB RAM.

I also have that drive, but i use it for storage and games
