Logitech G502 scroll wheel broken pls help
Hi recently i dropped my mosue and it slammed on my mouse pad. Ithought all was good now my scroll wheel wont click in it just does not move. It is extreemly sensitive when i move the wheel it triggers the click in and it is very fustrating.And ideas?

All depends on the user and wear over time I guess. When I grabbed up a bunch of G500 and not to long down the road, G500S, totalling about 30 mice in all between 2011-2013, only 2-4 of those ran into major issues. One of them, the buttons all worked but some how the laser sensor died out. The other it just up and died completely, I think maybe the other two were just a worn out left clicking button, which is fairly common on any mouse since a typical right handed user would use the primary left click more then anything else. The rest are still working very well to this day. 2 of them were replaced under warranty (5 years) the other two we kept for parts since they were out of warranty.

Its a general PC Hardware issue... this is where you would post such things.

You can always take it apart and check if there is nothing blocking the button, some internal piece of plastic could break and blocks the button

Its also easy to replace the entire scroll wheel and its shell. They sell replacements for that cheap online.
