Click the dam button; it has 2 modes (clicky scroll and free-motion scroll)
The button is just behind the actual scroll wheel.

You've clearer broken the inner switch or it's housing location. I doubt you could claim on warranty for damage so you need to purchase a new mouse, attempt to fix or find a workaround.

There are a few videos on youtube showing how to open it allowing you to get at the interior. You could try that and check the mousewheel section. Hopefully something became dislodged and needs reseating. Or you may have broken something that you can glue together. If it requires a replacement part you could try contacting Logitech for a replacement part.....if they sell them, that is.

If none of the options are available to you and you only miss the the middle mouse buttion function in apps and games. Use the software and map mouse3/middle to one of the other available buttons. Scrollwheel left/right Dpi Shift/up/down. I'd probably go for the Scrollwheel left or right myself.

Move what left and right? Seriously do you even understand what you bought and how it works?

https://www.tomsguide.com/us/logitech-g502-proteus-spectrum-guide,review-4196.html
The button just clicks; nothing more, its between the scroll wheel and the G9 button. Press it in to toggle the scroll mode. If it doesn't click, then you probably broke it.

Just take the mouse apart and fix it; they are very simple to take apart and fix yourself.

Do you???
G502 mousewheel has scroll up/down and click down like most mice but it also has 2 extra buttons for left and right. Left and right can be used to scroll pages left/right like the scroll up/down function of the wheel. They can also be configured like any other button on the mouse.

EDIT: Oh and look on page to of your link it shows Scroll Left and Scroll right button bindings plus the little markings on the button for them too.

Yes I took mine apart a few months ago.....Spilt tea over it :steamfacepalm: Thankfully I got it open and dry before any permanent damage.

I used this video to see the best way to do it.

Mines does it too, ever so slightly. I can even get it from right click though thats harder to hear and notice. As long as it works correctly when pressed it's nothing to worry about.

Yes something is clearly loose inside. Open it up and see what it is. Depending on what it is you may be able to fix it by re-attaching it using glue, tape or even bluetac or something. The only way you'll find out is by opening it to find out.
