so recently i asked someone to help me to activate my graphic cards and i discovered how, so i got in csgo and what a surprise m8
in dust II it runs at 30-50fps 1024x768 and in highest graphics with antialiasing maxed out 1336x768 it runs at 30-50fps so if someone could help me i would appreciate it cuz WTF thanks.

The higher is the resolution the more important becomes the GPU.
The laptop CPU is too weak for every game and at lower resolution the CPU is a huge bottleneck even with a decent GPU, at 1366x768 the CPU is less important so GPU is now balancing the performance.
For example at 1024x768 performance depends by 2/3 CPU 1/3 CPU, at 1366x768 it could be 1/2 CPU 1/2 GPU, at 1920x1080p it might be 1/3 CPU 2/3 GPU etc.

Numbers etc. are samples...

I think your drivers went belly up.

Download DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

use it in safe mode then install latest NVidia or amd gpu drivers.

Either it's that ^ or you've got the biggest bottleneck going on, what's your hardware?

amd a10 4655m and r7 m260 12gb ram 1tb hdd

pls no more bottleneck god i've got a desktop one with a i7 2600k and a gtx 210 i can't play in more that 30fps in office

You have some very old, low-end hardware and shouldn't expect to game very well on it. Upgrade the GTX 210 in the 2600K system to a GTX 1050 Ti, and you will have a much better experience.

You're getting about right with what you've got. Mobile is total trash by the way.

Great cpu but piss poor gpu.

Sorry.

GT210^ is right on target for crud. Like other said bump the gpu up in the i7 2600k even a GTX1050 non ti would get massive fps.

Even the GTX950 can pull the fps you want ^.

Ps for reference the GTX750ti is a hair below the GTX950 and the GT1030 is a hair below the GTX750ti but really the GTX1050 or higher is your best bet.

It's a laptop that's the problem
Get better gpu for your desktop and put your labtop into the trash can
