i just tried it on paint still the same issue does not show on the pic
as i have wrote in the question i have tries all the overdrive settings and wxplained the results of this.

Somebody is saying to use ULMB, but there are drawbacks depending on the game. Here is a review.

Thanks but it is not my monitor and i do use ulmb on some games but not all i have had this monitor for around 18 months and it has only just begun to happen in the last few days i have since learned there was an nvidie driver update on wednesday that is causing alot of problems for 1060 users maybe this is the issue but it is definetly not my monitor for sure
