Thanks for the answer, but it's not what i'm looking for, 3DMark run a few minutes and give score. And I dont think that FurMark can actually test modern graphics cards with DX12 8GB VRAM it work with OpenGL.

It doesn't matter what API it uses. Furmark will push your GPU to it's limit. Furmark is Prime95 for your graphics card. If the GPU is running unstable Furmark will make it have artefacting or crash the card.

I would redo the drivers, wipe them with DDU app via safe mode then download the latest one from the Nvidia website. This might fix your freezing issue, and if it doesn't reinstall Windows.

You could also check the logs, see what they say around the time your game freezes.

If your games are freezing up it is more likely a OC issue. Start with a simple and free memtest. In the lower left hand corner type in memory diagnostic and follow the prompts. DDU while a great little app does not remove all your stored Nvida drivers. Nope it leaves them all there, thats right folks every driver you have ever saved from Nvida is in a folder or maybe two. Check each drive for downloads and deleate all drivers except the one you want to use or better yet deleate them all. Then download the new driver you want to use. https://www.howto-connect.com/windows-10-detect-ram-issues-with-windows-memory-diagnostic-tool/
