Is it good to play games while charging? Definitely, most laptops perform best while plugged in.
I play 2-4 hours then make it rest for 1-2 hours while charging. Why would you do that? Computers don't need to rest, they can run indefinitely so long as they're powered. "Resting" the system provides absolutely no benefit whatsoever. It certainly won't make the PC last longer.
I can only play game when i'm charging because gpu only works when i'm plugged in. That's because high-performance GPUs need more power than your battery can readily provide.
Do I need to make it stop charging at 95% so it does'nt blow up and play games? Why would it explode? Just like literally any other rechargable appliance it'll automatically stop charging once it reaches 100%. From that point on, it'll run off the Power Plug until you unplug it.
Please give me tips about all of these if I miss any questions. You haven't missed anything.

Battery technology has been constantly developed for over a hundred years. We're long past the whole "battery may explode if recharged" thing. Your laptop will automatically stop charging when it's fully recharged, and start running off Mains Power until you unplug it.
The smartest way to game on a laptop is to plug it in and run it off Mains. You'll have the most power to work it, and there's no risk of explosion. You're more likely to be killed by a coconut that fell out of a passing aeroplane, than have your battery spontaneously explode.

Don't believe everything you hear on the internet. Particularly if somebody is saying something that goes against all logic and common sense.
Batteries can explode when recharged. That does sometimes happen, albeit extremely rarely. But generally that's batteries which are already faulty. And when that happens, Acer would gladly replace the Laptop under warranty. That's the whole point of having a Warranty to begin with.
