Already and still have same problem
What I recommend doing, is downloading a much earlier version of Steelseries Engine and running that. This should confirm whether this is genuinely a hardware problem(a defective sensor) or just an issue with the latest firmware.
If that still doesn't help, contact Steelseries and request replacement under Warranty. Whatever you do, don't buy another Rival. A brand that sells you two defective products in succession isn't worth bothering with.
