I wouldn't think so either but I keep reading reviews that say they do. I have never used a USB hub before.
I'm not too sure as to how it would do so mechanically but going into the reviews for several USB hubs there are reviews stating that their Bluetooth connection or WiFi connection have some sort of interference due to the product. I have an example review below.

Looked at the link. Don't buy that one then. Even with people saying there was interference that could just be a small minority out of a much larger amount of purchaser that had no issues. Just find one with good reviews and buy it. Worst case scenario is you get interference and send it back for a refund.
FYI the USB 3 hub I have with my bluetooth adapter in right now is also a mouse bungee too.

Edit: Yup, limited to 3.0: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/io/universal-serial-bus/usb3-frequency-interference-paper.html
Thanks! Yeah I saw the 3.0 bit but when I looked up 2.0 hubs it was still the same thing. I don't really know much about hubs so I figured it's best I ask first.
That bungee is great as I got to remove my USB 2 hub from my desk and I don't need a seperate adapter for sd cards any more. Shame about the corner desk. Works fine on mine but then my desk is 130cm wide so I have the space. Is nice when you can get 2 things in one.
Only 2 gripes with that bungee is the USB connection to PC is on the left/back edge so it sticks out. Would be better at the back even if that meant losing a USB 3 port. Other issue is the RGB lighting isn't configuable.
I did consider a different bungee with USB hub but it was only a USB 2 hub. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JXD79PY/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1
Not sure if that would suit your desk but it you want a Bungee + USB Hub and don't mind it being a USB 2 hub it might work.
