or just Run dxdiag if u dont want to download a prog, it'll tell you there also.
Being able to overclock depends on what motherboard you have as well, not just K or Non-K
If not, then not so much
CPU-Z is fine, but if there's a function built into Windows that does the job - and does all you need, why download something else? It's not "lazy", it's good practice not to download programs as a *first* resort.

So im not gonna be able to overclock at all am i?
But whats the issues? There really is not anything u can't run on that CPU.
Long as you have 16GB RAM, SSD, Win10 64bit on that SSD and decent GPU; you should be fine.
You have a good motherboard at least
So you could always get a 4790k or something, then you can overclock with no problem
Thats not the same socket
You can go get an 8700K if u like, still gonna run games like crap with a GTX 960
