I'm trying to buy the 545LC 92mm AIO but it seems the only way to get it is to order from US store

Over companies will sometimes discontinue products, to replace with something better, since the cooler your looking for is 2011 model maybe check out their newer models.

Yes, you can order off their site, but I think they're just trying to sell what they got left, as companines do that with discontinue products, or else you would be able to visit whatever retail you want, and buy it from them instead, but clearly you can only get it from them, or the ad market such as eBay. Newegg doesn't have any, which is one the world large tech retailer, Amazon, another world large retailer, which only got one Asetek 550LC, and it's on sale for used by a 3rd party seller, so your options are limited, as I said you "since they're basically discontinue, and not making any more, you're going to have to seek other cooler brands."

The 545LC is not really a retail product, that's why it's only available through Asetek's store (apart from that OCUK example)
