Over companies will sometimes discontinue products, to replace with something better, since the cooler your looking for is 2011 model maybe check out their newer models.

Many of the brands are like this. They make products and the others sell them.
Asetek is more for OEM stuff. Like liquid coolers within say, a Dell.
