Dual Monitor Setup, Need Help
I am trying to get a dual monitor setup going and am unable to get it to work.

I tried daisy chaining them, but the second monitor is not detected by the computer and will not recieve a signal. Both monitors use an hdmi cable while my computer only has 1 hdmi imput.
Is there something I am missing with daisy chaining or will I need to get an adapter? If so, which adapter?

Info:
Graphics card: GTX 1080TI
Monitor 1: AOC 2752H
Monitor 2: LG 29UM60

If you need more info please let me know and thank you for any assistance. :)

Yea, you can't daisy chain them, only Thunderbolt can do that.

Get either of these to address your issue:

> HDMI (female) to DP (male) adapter and connect to the GPU via DP; connect Display via HDMI male-to-male cable to that adapter.

> HDMI (male) to DP (male) cable

EDIT:

The LG has DP and is what should be used for full features of that Display. So just connect that using DP male-to-male cable.
