Confused on what driver to install for recently purchased Nvidia graphics card
So I bought a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini, 4GB GDDR5 graphics card and Im trying to figure out what driver to us when installing. On the Nvidia page that has all the Driver installers, I couldn't find one that matches this exact type/name but I did find the driver for GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. Is that the same one for the 1050 Ti mini, or does the mini have its own unique driver?

GeForce Experience automatically keeps your drivers up to date and your games optimized.

But is a resource hog. It doesn't even perform a clean install, and from what I recall, it also requires a login just to run it the last itme I checked.

Yes it needs a login, which I don't even see a point to must having this login at all.

Want to win prizes from Nvidia, or chance to get closed beta to games, sign up to win, but this shouldn't be mandatory at all, just for using the software, even if you don't want those prizes, or whatever, you're still force to login to use the software, which is pretty dumb, only good thing is that you only need to login for installing it for the 1st time, or after doing a clean wipe with DDU, or fresh clean install of the OS.

I have Geforce experience and didnt know this about the resource hogging. What should I do in place of it? Just go to the website whenever there is an update or what? And is there anything bad in uninstalled GeForce experience?

I use GF experience since it came out which have no impact on performance whatsoever so idk what mess you got there.
You can select clear install option during installation.
It requires ro login only once, or after any bigger update

Because its dumb and not needed. Its much easier to Download on Nvidias website and install. GF experience is trash software.
