Incompatible parts on PC Part picker

So i decided to stay with the platform I'm currently on which is running on DDR3 as i find its the easiest choice. My only issue is this message i get incompatible parts. Heres the link to the list and if somebody can answer what it means and if ill have trouble running this set up.

You need updated bios for the H110 to support Kabylake CPU.
Which meant you need the mobo flashed by seller or get a Skylake CPU just to flash it.

I already have a Skylake CPU.

You'll need to check your BIOS version to see if the i5-7500 will work. According to ASUS, if it's version 2002 or greater it will.
