So it's not like you can pick it apart and make use of it.
And the RAM is most certainly ECC flavor, which most consumer desktops wouldn't play well with either.
So yea I'd say maybe wipe it clean; however if u do not own a "Server" Windows OS, then I'd just clean up the OS, maybe wipe and create a new user. And overall make do with what it has to offer, or sell it off as a complete as-is system. If the HDDs are wiped clean, well you need an OS that supports more than one physical CPU in order to properly use it.
