GPU temperature problem.
*I have an HP omen 15, It is new so dust is not the problem*
So the thing with my GPU temperature is that it's constantly at 90 wether i am playing or not. Before that it used to fluctuate from 90 back to 60 and like that. Which is impossible i think since temperature of something cannot change so fast. Now since it's stuck at 90 C i touched the part where GPU is from above and below and it is warm but not at the point where it shows. It is just as the same temperature as part where CPU is but the CPU temperature is around 60C. Should i be concerned or let it be that because it may be a problem with the sensor?

What so you mean they’re in the same area, the cpu is inside, and the gpu would exhaust out back, assuming it is a blower-style.
No they're not. What i meant is that the CPU area and GPU area are like felt almost the same temperature by my hand. Like ofc that wouldn't mean its exact same but i am pretty sure i can differentiate between 90 C and 60 C

But where are you feeling the cpu? You shouldn’t be able to feel any heat from it unless you have a liquid cooler.
It's a laptop btw. I also have a cooling Pad installed to it.

That explains it. It is a laptop, its expected to overheat.
HP Homer should run well, be sure temperatures aren't in °F.
If not put a RGB fan near the exhaust.
No it is not. Overheating is not suppose to come from any product. Why would someone buy it if it overheat. The only question i asked is that is it a sensor problem that gpu cannot detect heat. If it is should i be concerned?

What do you mean RGB Fan? and it is in centigrades

And what is HP Homer?

It is a laptop, they are expected to get that hot, whether you accept it or not. Having gaming hardware shoved into such a small form factor is difficult to remove heat from.
I don't expect no heat from it. I don't expect 90 C from it being not even used for gaming.
Cooling Pads can only do so much; and only aid the internal fan to bring cool air to that.
Sounds to me like it's time to replace the internal cooling fan and thermal paste.
Look up your exact laptop model and get that particular fan, it's not hard to do.
And pickup some thermal paste, such as Arctic Cooling MX4

You say the temp is always 90C regardless of what you are doing. That does seem odd. Laptops do get hot but they should have at least a lower temp when not stressing the GPU such as on the desktop compared to playing games. I would be very suspicious of the sensor if its just 90C and never changes at all.

Or the fan is clogged up and/or dead, and thus even with external cooling, will just never get cooled down properly.
Yeah it is around 90 C even if i leave it at night idled. Also it is not the fan i can feel it throwing out air. And air is not hot but warm just like it should be. It is a new laptop so i don't think it needs all of that work. I am not asking how can i lower the temperature i am asking if it is a sensor problem or not and if it is should i be concerned? Please read the question before giving me the answer
90*C like that = the dam thing is faulty.
No laptop should do that like how you've explained.
And there really is nothing in the BIOS or Windows to help aid in "fixing" this issue.

To save you time; calling HP would just waste a ton of your time.
Seeing this issue, I'd suggest to anyone that you simply say "Hey I got a dud here."
Wipe the Drive clean and return the laptop while you still have such an option.
Unless you purchases extended warranty from the store where you purchased it, after their return policy window closes, it's just your HP warranty after that. Then you'll be looking at hours of your time wasted with HP for support, not to mention possible downtime as they may require you to ship the laptop out for repairs.
