Astro a40 TR audio problem
Ok so I sometimes have a problem where my audio may go to my left earphone. Theres a little button on the in-line mute cable that I hit and the audio usually stabilizes. I was in a game and the audio was doing that so I hit that button my audio basically quit working. Let's say I play some music, I can hear it but it's very muffled and definitely not normal. I moved usb ports, turned the mix amp on and off, any ideas???

Re-install current firmware for both the headset itself and the mixer or revert back to an earlier version, if you can.

I had audio problems with my speakers and I reinstalled the firmware and it’s worked fine since

There may be an issue with the cable on the set or the control unit for muting the sound.

Try searching for firmware for your product on the product website and install that

Edit: try this

No. You might need to re-install the firmware for your headset and mixer amp. Try it and see if it fixes your issue. If it doesn't, RMA.
