Both are good, but you have to factor in price and how much you want RGB lighting. (Personally I think the Corsair K70 LUX is overpriced for a keyboard that doesn't have RGB lighting, but I suppose you are partly paying for the brand.)
There is hundreds of mechanical keyboards within you budget other than these two, but sometimes to say one is better than another is subjective.

But when it comes to the switches, you have to ask yourself; Do I prefer the clicky feel of blues or reds that sport a faster 45g linear activation albeit the nicer feeling of tactile or clickys.
For something modest and non-RGB, Redragon. There is no point in the middle-ground.
