Problem with ICUE (Corsair software)

First of all, this might not be the right place to ask, but I can't really find the right place to.
I've talked to corsair and they gave me an answer that doesn't work.

Anyway, this is my problem:

In ICUE, you can have multiple profiles for you keyboard, mouse etc, and edit them to your liking.
Now for whatever reason, when I open ICUE, I can't make any profiles anymore, can't edit them, nothing. There is also an option to import profiles that other people made, but this also doesn't work anymore.
The people at Corsair told me to just reinstall the software and it'll be fixed, but this doesn't fix the problem.

If there is someone that knows more about this, please comment or add me.

Try updating Windows, and possibly a motherboard BIOS update too,

I recently got a new rig and updated both my Windows ands BIOS so that should be good.
