[PROBLEM] MOUSE REDRAGON PEGASUS 705

I have this mouse that i got yesterday:

I downloaded the official driver and software from its webpage, but when i try to edit the profile, macros, buttoms, lights, etc. it happens this ERROR:

I already unplugged/plugged the mouse, but nothing..

Any idea how to fix it?

check to see if you have the latest versions of drivers and software. also check to see if you have the right ones for your operating system

cant find any other software than the official at Redragon webpage...

do you have any other link aviable to download?

yes, cant find anywhere else for my mouse

go into your device manager and see if there are any power saving features enabled for the mouse. if there is disable them

you could also try running the software with administrator privileges

have windows 10, im not very used to the new config menu... i only can see this:

Says mouse is working good...

But the software dont let me save my modifications..

that pic suggests you don't have the official driver installed. it's a basic microsoft driver from 2006..

i got that mouse bro and same problem when i reset windows :/

I got my drivers from redragonusa.com not the zone, may make a difference as i have had absolutely no issues with mine.

just go to task manager and turn off the thing with the red dragon icon with the name oemdrv
