Enable prefetcher and enable superfetcher (regedit)
Which value of those commands should i put to get BEST performance?

They should be disabled anyways
Superfetch is just a modern prefetcher, so technically the same thing.
That thing analyzes app usage and tries to keep the most used files in RAM so the apps would launch faster, unless RAM is needed by something else. Unless you're on low amount of old slow RAM, or using NVMe SSD - there's no reason to turn it off.
It gets disabled by default for when installing WinOS to any ssd. It's meant for slow hdds

Slow RAM = DDR3??
Everything in WinOS regarding prefetching and the superfetch service should already be enabled and working properly if you installed WinOS to a mechanical hdd type
