I highly doubt it, because your CPU is dated and weak, and your GPU is way below the minimum requirement. Assuming it runs, it'll run horribly.

RDR2 needs pretty decent hardware, generally no less than 1st gen Ryzen or 4th gen desktop Intel K with an RX 580 or GTX 1060.

RDR2 has 3 versions - single player offline, single player offline with extras, online multiplayer.. I think online would be out. Your cpu would be OK for offline, as similar cpus will run the game at 60fps, But the gpu might be a problem.

I would do some direct comparisons on the hardware. I expect you would be able to though, although on fairly medium-low settings.

it will run... a gtx 950m is kinda like a desktop gtx 750... i would expect around 20 fps on 720p with drops below that if a lot happens ingame...

CPU is not the problem here, but GPU is. I think you might do stable 30fps lock at 720p.
