Can't get Nvidia Control Panel
I've been trying to get the control panel for the past week & had no luck. I've only tried reinstalling drivers & trying to install it from the windows store but immediately got a error. Anyone know a solution to this?

Roll the drivers back.
Go to device manager>display adapter your nvidia>properties>driver>roll back.

Or
Install one of the original drivers off the Nvidia setup disc if you have it, next time you get any updates pay attention to the part where it says do you want to install and keep your original settings or do a clean install.
This solved it for me as I also wanted to keep the control panel for Nvidia. Then I just updated them.
Not all updates are fully tested like they are just Beta drivers geared for games we dont own or may never buy. Its up to you but I always read the What's New. I believe if the driver works great and it aint broke I dont update with my current games.
Never use Microsoft drivers for our Nvidia GPU.

When you use DDU disable Windows driver feature. It's probably grabbing drivet via Windows Updates and that is what's screwing you all up.

If it does not work and you still get the message,

it likely means the latest NVIDIA Control Panel app was not updated to the latest version from the Microsoft Store during the driver update process.
How to fix it:
From the Windows Start Menu, open the Microsoft Store app.

In the search field on the top right-hand corner, type "NVIDIA Control Panel" until the search as you type result shows the NVIDIA Control Panel app as shown in the screenshot below. Once it appears, proceed to click on it to bring up the page. Note: If you accidently clicked on the search icon after typing "NVIDIA Contol Panel", the Windows Store search results will show you several other games and apps. You will find the NVIDIA Control Panel under the Apps section.
Wow, this actually worked. Had to press install a couple of times but it worked. Thanks everyone for trying to help me out. Really appreciate it

Interesting thing is I LITERALLY just ran into this problem. First time too, but pretty sure I know what happened. I disabled some kind of service I think that stopped it from installing with the nvidia drivers, because the same exact install file worked fine earlier. As soon as I connected to the internet the control panel was automatically downloaded online from the store or something. Still not sure why it didn't install in the first place. Going to have to find out which service made it stop. During that same issue I ran into another problem where the Comodo icon was missing from the system tray but was still active and I could right click on it in the tray it just had no icon. Really weird.

Edit: I'm thinking that it's because I set the "network setup service" to manual instead of automatic. Going to check.

You should leave services alone since you obviously have no idea what you're doing and what they are for.
