there are very few mice with no wheel anymore
finding one with optical sensor (not a ball mouse) and usb may be difficult
here is one on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-Optical-3-button-Mouse-No-wheel-Like-HP-Optical-3-Button-Mouse-DY651A/302784870628
second, I prefer a dedicated button that is roughly the same size as the other two buttons. I've recently "disabled" some wheels by physically opening the mouse in an attempt to accomplish this and like it, but prefer that the button be a regular size.
...the reason for this being my very unusual key bindings
edit: I think I found one https://www.ebay.com/itm/Optical-3-Button-Mouse-With-Side-Scroll-Wheel-USB-3-Button-Mouse-send-mouse-pad-/302784849165
if you want one with a good sensor your gonna have to mod a mouse
(2 side buttons used for browser fwd/back buttons)
most games can use them as extra key/buttons, m4-5 binds
(button 6 is often hard bound to dpi in the mouse)
Just out of curiosity, what have you binded to the middle button?
I'm just a little different I guess...same reason I still use a Blackberry Q20.
Normally I bind reload to the middle button.
