Small SSD leaves not much space for games and anything else. Even upgrading to a 240GB SSD = not much space.
going for 2x8GB DDR4 would be better although that GPU means you can't run games well so you may never need more than 8GB.
What are the specs of the 4GB DDR4? higher Mhz the better
It's a Laptop. Once you but it you can't upgrade the CPU or GPU you need to buy a complete new laptop. Don't have that issue with a Desktop. If you bought a Desktop now you could always add a better GPU later. I've have various Desktop parts over the years and kept using several of them for 10+ years. If I'd used a laptop I would have spent more and thrown out 2-3 laptops in 10 years.
CPU is similar to something one could expect from desktops ~10 years ago, so not great but not as terrible as some atoms or celerons either.

Any laptop that ships with less than 8gb ram also, will be terrible.
Go on a site where you select what you want in it.
Ryzen and Intel 8th/9th gen laptops should include 2666mhz ram. Dont buy 3200mhz ram for a laptop.
