Daemon Tools Lite creates a virtual optical drive on your system. When you open the .cue or .bin file within Daemon Tools Lite, it mounts the image to the virtual drive (like putting a CD into a computer).
Your alternative is to burn the image file onto a CD/DVD and run from there.
I need to try again PowerISO. Should i deactivate my anti virus?

Just download it online? ( www.dll-files.com )
Fairly sure that's a DirectX file. Download and install DirectX if you don't already have it.
