It's alright, GPU is a little on the weak side.
It'll play TF2 fine, not sure which Halo you mean though?

I have 14 day return and its from bestbuy. I was planning on halo 1 and 3.
Also what would be the difference compared to one with a bit better gpu? Marginal?

1050 Ti is basically an e-sports GPU at this point, and quickly falling behind the entry level as games being released become more demanding. I would have went for at least a model with a 1070. A 1050 Ti should be fine for what you're doing but you shouldn't buy for just 3 games for now, you should be buying for the future a little bit.

What do you mean esports gpu?

Meaning it's only really useful for games like CS:GO or Fortnite. E-sports, games that require little to get high FPS.

Yea what was said above, for anything remotely demanding you're gonna want that gtx 1060 or 1660 or better gpu along with 16gb ram
