Spilled water into my pc
So my girlfriend spilled some water into my pc, when I checked inside it has only spilled into my power supply, any chance if I replaced it everything would be all good?

Was it powered up at the time?

Assuming it wasn't, you'll be fine. Just give it a day or two to dry COMPLETELY before powering it back up.

Maybe aim a fan at it to help.

Ah, then new PSU & pray.

All else may be fine, but a PSU can take other components out when it goes.

The only way to tell will be to power up a new PSU and see.

Wish you the best.

taking power supply, a part and then Use a Blow dryer than test power supply

Plug the power supply into the wall.
Find the big 24-ish pin connector that connects to the motherboard.
Connect the GREEN wire with the adjacent BLACK wire.
The power supply's fan should start up. If it doesn't then it's dead.
If the fan starts up, then it could be the motherboard that's dead.

No if it popped from getting wet, replace it.

If it popped and smoked you toss it in the trash, unless you have (free) access to a very expensive testbench to verify it's fine in all conditions.

No point in risking hundreds to thousands of dollars in hardware for a fifty to hundred dollar expense.
