Help! I accidentally dropped my mouse
I accidentally dropped my Zowie EC-1B Divina Mouse and it had this crack like thingy. And suddenly the scroll wheels feels heavy.

https://imgur.com/etDrZ4i Should I go for the replacement will they even acknowledge it?

Take it apart and realign everything and put it back together and try it. If under warranty you could tell them it's no longer working in Windows OS and you'd like a replacement. It's not like they have you ship them out the old mouse

You won't be able to realign it because it's like apart of it is missing
Did a piece of the scroll wheel break?
If it can't be fixed maybe this is a good excuse to upgrade your mouse, that McDonalds toy mouse seems like it would be sub par for gaming anyways.

nono a piece of the mouse itself broke, not the scroll wheel

Then try to return it to wherever you bought it from
If you damaged it there is a good chance you won't be able to return it. Buy a new mouse.

i didnt damage it on purpose
It doesn't matter, physical damage won't be covered under warranty.

Just call their support # and say it no longer is working, ask for warranty replacement

It's a retail store :/
No, call Zowie support number and request replacement. A store can't help you since it's physically damaged.

While they look basic, zowie mice tend to have very good sensors if you don't want the extra bells and whistles.
