Yes it is, and gpu benchmark comparisons are pointless just now as the 1660 will have better performance on future release games than the 1060 and 1050ti will

There are different gtx 1660 versions and each one will give you different benchmark results

All of the 1660 variants will give better results on newer and future release games than a 1060 or 1050ti, more stable frame rate for example

Sure would be an upgrade but i would honestly get the GTX 1660 TI to have a little more headroom.
