But yeah, building a new rig may be the better choice so your max budget is needed
The 1st rig comes with a CRAPPY 60GB SSD and a mere 500GB HDD, which isnt worth your time
The 2nd rig while being oldish is actually pretty decent, hell i still run an i5 2500k @ 4.6GHZ, with that rig being quite a bit better with 6 Cores and 12 Threads, not to mention the 2 Titans.
Honestly, as long as the SSD/HDD space isnt lacking or the power supply, and you cant find anything better id say go for it IF you need a PC asap. That PC still has a bit of life left in it

Those titans will be original ones most likely so really showing their age now.
