1. OS on SSD
2. Disable some programs from being loaded at startup (Faster loading in Windows at boot)
3. Fast Boot (if your motherboard BIOS has that feature)
Is your SSD currently your (C:) drive? (Is Windows saved on the SSD?)
1. Coreboot the mobo. *If mobo is Coreboot supported
2. Samsung NVMe SSDs in RAID.

Put your PC to sleep instead of turning it off.
Then it takes less than a second to turn on.
I've been doing that for years.
disable startup items and un-necessary services

make sure the boot and os partition is the ssd not a hdd

get a better ssd like samsung 860 evo.

kingston ssd's are slow. i tried one on my rig and it took 12 seconds longer than my 850 evo to boot into windows

my 850 boots in less than 10 seconds

Also, when you originally install Windows, only have the main drive plugged in. Only install any other drives after install is complete. That way there isnt a system sector added to the second drive.
Thanks for the help. Windows is stored on the ssd, I got the ssd because it was like $90AUD ($60 usd)
