Capture Card Situation
Ok, so im trying to get an elagato hd60s capture card, but i have an AMD A8-6410 APU with Radeon R5 Graphics 2.00 GHz Processor. im not sure if it will work because my computer isnt the best. I saw a video of somebody capturing gameplay on it, but the video comments say that they still have problems. If anybody can clarify if the Elgato HD60s can work on my proscessor, i would appreciate it.

can you monitor what your cpu usage is while capturing?. What exactly is the issue? it's not starting at all?, crashing?.
i havent bought it yet, i was just seeing if my pc could use it before spending the money

oh, I couldn't say. Aparently this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckXls2XOnxA got it going really good. Going by the numbers and seeing you need an i5-4xxx Intel cpu as a minimum requirement and your cpu is about equivalent it's hard to say if you barely make the requirement or barely fail the requirement.
ok, ive done a bit more research comparing and contrasting, ive decided to buy it. i really hoping it works.

Let us know how it works out. I'd be interested in results. I myself have a Hauppauge Colossus 2 internal capture card.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyBDcTVUsV4&feature=youtu.be ok, i finally got some time to try it out and it works suprisingly well.
