Invalid SSL certificate
Steam friends network is not available, does not go to the store and community. Always "offline"... I need HELP, PLEASE!

Make sure the clock in Windows is set correctly.

Everything is correct, I already updated and manually set...

manually close steam friends and then relaunch.

my steam friends may not connect properly after logging into windows due to my slow internet
