no - besides there is no HDR 600 (there is only HDr with 8 bit and HDR10/HDR10+ with 10 bit while).

HDR is a High Dynamic range which is easily said a technology to get more detailed light information. like a city at night where actually only the lighted windows glow and nothing else as example.

cd/m2 = candela luminace per sqaure inch is a rating how bright a pixel can be. Nothign to do with HDR
