How to fix this?
My controller is doing this even if I'm not touching anything
https://youtu.be/GcjD3jmYls0

Does anyone knows how to fix it?
When I'm playing games, my character randomly starts walking to the right because of this.

Another thing that started happening since today is this
https://youtu.be/PKrrIikPfdY
I'm moving only left analog up and down
This is making my character look up and left while I'm moving forward and look down and right while moving backwards.

This started happening too
https://youtu.be/A5zsGGs_Jvs
When I move right analog to the right, it starts randomly going down for few seconds.

It's this gamepad https://canyon.eu/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/cnd-gpw5.pdf
I bought it less than 2 months ago.
Left analog randomly moving was there since the day I bought it. But it would start doing it once in a few minutes and it would stop when I press left analog.
But now it's doing this all the time and I can't stop it.

I only used this gamepad for about 2 weeks for playing Mortal Kombat and haven't touched it until today.
I never dropped it or anything.
But when I started playing Alien Isolation with it today, all 3 of these issues appeared.

Does anyone knows is it possible to fix this gamepad somehow?

Few years ago I bought headphones. When I came home I realised that left speaker is not working at all. I went back few days later to ask for a replacement. They said that they can't give me replacement and if headphones didn't worked, I should've returned them the same day I bought them.

I doubt they'll give me replacement for gamepad because I don't even have any proof of purchase.
I'll still try and see what they'll tell me.
Come on, it's your controller not mine, it should've been you googling alright?
This[canyon.eu] is official product page. It states that warranty term is 24 months, and you only need you product's serial number to validate the warranty. If those guys who sold you this refuse to follow the manufacturer's rules - call the shop owner, call the Canyon, call the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ police, I don't care, just make those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ realize they're technically breaking the law and it's better for them to stfu and give you a refund or a replacement.
No matter how it ends - I'd highly recommend sticking to official Sony products from now on. They're really serious about all that stuff, getting a license to sell Sony products is not that easy, and they will make sure shops like the one you've described will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sideways. That's pure Japanese service and the only true reflection of "client is always right" kind of dealing with things. Hell my British friend got her DS4 replaced for free despite the warranty period was over and it was totally her fault the thing got broken.

low/poor battery can cause poor joy pot sensitivity, or drift in others while moving one

It wasn't showing low battery when I started playing. But I left it charging for the past 10 minutes.
It's still the same.

I'll wait until it's fully charged and try again.

Could it be that battery is bad, or analogs are bad?
And is there a way to fix it? I don't want to open it until I know that I can fix it, because it's real pain in the ass to put all the stuff back together after opening it.

when you plug it in does it drift?

on most battery replacement is fairly easy
replacing the pots/sticks is not easy but can be done with the proper tools

I can't.
They only give refunds if faulty product is returned within 24 hours since purchase.

24 MONTHS, not hours.

The PS4 controllers are not the most reliable, not even those of Sony.
If it is within the warranty, exchange.
Official console controllers are meant to work at least for 5 years, until the console generation changes. I'd say Sony's are one of the most reliable I've ever seen, I ditched crap like Razer and am happy with DS3 and DS4 for few years now.

I can only say mine did break very fast, but it is maybe a question of handling, I am tall with heavy arms and in Gran Turismo i pushed the sticks with too much force in case of adrenaline and then I had Snake ghost walking in MGS V as a result, I bought another one and now I handle it really soft and it works now ;)
Well anything can break with enough force alright. I've only got one issue with my DS4 - after heavy trigger usage rubbers beneath the triggers get small holes triggers fall into so I can't get full 0-255 trigger range. Fortunately, it's easy to solve with silicon hermetic like I do. Also they fixed that in future revisions of controller by making the pressing plastic part way bigger so it doesn't act like razor.

I've been in the shop and asked them can they do anything about this.
They said that they can't do anything if I don't give them bill (that paper that says what you've bought and when and price)

I showed them that webpage and that only serial number is required for warranty validation.
They said that it's maybe like that in other countries, but laws in Bosnia says that bill is required too.
And they have no way of verifying that I bought gamepad from them.
They said that I could've bought it from somewhere else and brought it there for complaint.

But the thing is, most of the stores don't give bill so they have to play less taxes.
If they don't put sold items through cash register, it's like they never sold it and they don't pay taxes for that.
Almost all stores do this whenever they can so country thinks that their income is much lower than the actual income.

So basically now I have gamepad, I don't have bill as proof of purchase because they haven't gave it to me when I bought gamepad, and I don't have proof that they haven't gave me the bill.
I'm stuck with malfunctioning gamepad that I paid a lot of money for and I can't return it to get replacement.
